I am a psychotherapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, serving adults at my office located in Tacoma, Washington.  You may find, as many others have, that my professional training, personal skills, sense of humor and life experience are a unique combination that will have you feeling safe, understood and supported in reaching your personal goals.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in 1991 and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University in 1995. Additionally, I have completed over four years of intensive Somatic Transformation training which assists with healing recent traumatic experiences as well as past unresolved trauma held in the nervous system/body outside of conscious awareness.

I have over 20 years experience as a counselor in Pierce County, including work at Puyallup Valley Institute, Good Samaritan Community Services, and Comprehensive Mental Health Services.  My office is in North Tacoma (Old Town).

I am available for appointments Monday through Thursday.
